Abstract
Barry Finnegan participated in this Oireachtas debate as an invited guest speaker on the panel, to discuss and debate on issues arising from the Lisbon treaty. Following the process, a report will be prepared with conclusions and findings based on the debate and the benefit or otherwise of the treaty from the point of view of the Irish people.
