It also proved the importance of management engagement in supporting Work-Life Balance policies. The methodology used in this study is positivism. The method of collection of primary data was through snow-ball in an attempt to achieve the ideal sample size. The results achieved with this study proves an increase in perception of Work-Life Balance when the companies apply Work-Life Balance policies such as Flexible Scheduling and Part-time Work.
